Account Registration and Security

• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Users are strongly advised to enable 2FA. The platform is not liable for unauthorised access resulting from poor password management.

Subscriptions and Reward Programme

Users may purchase service packages to activate a "node" or subscription tier. Active subscriptions may generate daily platform rewards based on system activity. These rewards are promotional and algorithmic in nature, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

Tradeside.online reserves the right to modify, adjust, or suspend the reward generation cycle at any time without prior notice to ensure platform stability.

Affiliate Partner Programme

We offer a standard Affiliate Partner Programme allowing users to earn network commissions by referring new active users to our services. This programme is a digital marketing initiative and does not constitute a multi-level marketing (MLM) business or pyramid scheme. Commissions are paid out strictly based on successful service activations by referred users.

Limitation of Liability

The use of cryptocurrencies and digital assets carries inherent technological and market risks. Tradeside.online, its administrators, and its owners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The use or inability to use our digital services.
• Unauthorised access to your account or alteration of your data.
• Market volatility impacting the value of external digital assets used to fund your account.

Account Termination and Pruning

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the platform for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service, suspected fraudulent activity, or operating inactive accounts. Inactive accounts with zero active subscriptions may be pruned (deleted) monthly to maintain database efficiency.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
